Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest hygiene standards (just like our product formulations), these items cannot be returned:

  • Opened cosmetics: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened beauty products including BB/CC creams, lipsticks, blushes, or face primers
  • Used testers: Any product marked as a tester
  • Final sale items: Products marked as “final sale” at purchase

Effortless Return Process

Returning an item is as simple as applying our easy-blend BB creams:

  2. Get Approval: Our beauty-obsessed team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship It Back: Package the unused item securely with the original packaging and include the RMA number we provide
  4. Track Refund: Once received, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different shade? Our exchange process is as smooth as our face primers:

  1. Follow the same steps as returns
  2. Clearly state the product you’d like to exchange for in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping rates apply for the new item)

Return Shipping

Just as we carefully select our shipping partners (DHL, FedEx, and EMS), we recommend using a trackable method for returns:

  • Customer Pays: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International: For international returns, we cannot refund any customs/duties paid

Refund Timeline & Method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item (which we work hard to prevent, just like we perfect our formulas), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund with the same care we put into creating our products.
